The Terrace

Absolutely Beautiful and the staff was great. My photography company covered a 90th Birthday party for a Beautiful Queen named Bessie here yesterday. It was nice and everyone was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this establishment to someone in need of an event space.

My family and I attended an event this weekend at this venue. Our experience here was terrible. There is no hospitality shown among staff or towards the guests. I would give this venue a zero based on what we witnessed last night. Bathrooms weren’t kept up with, staff was extremely rude and bar service was awful. Their staff needs to be retrained and Jon needs to understand client relations and provide better leadership to his staff.

Venue was great! Only issue I had, was the bartender who was a total b word, didn’t know what customer service is. I ordered 2 black label and ginger ale, a corona, Malibu pineapple, and when she was done with all of that, I asked her for a seltzer water. This chick had the nerve to tell me and I quote “ I don’t have time for Seltzer water”. I then asked, so where the hell am I supposed to get my seltzer water from? She told me to get it from the waiter. I was floored. I then had to wait for 45minutes before I can track the server down and get a seltzer water. Still couldn’t get it and then went back to the bar, and went back to her and asked her if she got time for a seltzer water now? Lo and behold, I got my seltzer. Moral of the story, if you don’t like people, don’t work around them, there is no need that for a wedding venue, hundred of thousands of dollars are being spent by the bride and groom, and this is the staff that is paid for? The venue was great, the food was great. No other complaints other than this so called bartender. By the way. She didn’t have time for a seltzer water but just finished making a martini. I tried to get the maitre d, but he was busy and totally get it. I don’t get o voice myself tonight, but I sure as hell will voice myself now. Unacceptable.

This venue is beautiful and can accommodate large wedding parties. The banquet hall has large sparkly chandeliers. Chairs and tables are very comfortable as well. I felt amazed being there. It’s like a hidden gem. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Terrace has so many great options for photos. Food is amazing and plentiful. The jerk lamb was delicious and my favorite dish there. Cocktail hour was overwhelming with choices of food items. There was something for everyone. Now let’s talk about JOHN. He is the absolute best!! He assisted us greatly before and after our event (04/21). He was very accommodating to our needs and always with a friendly smile. John treated us like family. I cannot say enough great things about John and all the staff members there. I highly recommend The Terrace for your next event.

This venue is such a hidden gem! For a while a lot of my couples were booking this venue CONSTANTLY and I can safely say I know why! Their terrace area makes my life as a photographer so much easier! It has so many photographic opportunities for some great images (see attached) and their staff is super friendly and helpful! I also love that their ballroom is so modular that it can accommodate weddings of any size! I can't say enough great things about them and I highly recommend them!

Simply the best. Where you are treated like family. John, Athena and the entire Terrace team were super professional, responsive and paid attention to every little detail. The food was excellent and our guests could not stop raving about our event.

Came here for my friends wedding and it is a beautiful venue. The location is in a really nice town. The building itself is beautiful, although it would need a few touches here and there, but all in all, it's a pretty cool budding, especially at night with the lights. The interior is beautiful, and the reception area on the second floor outside is so cute. The banquet all is so big and sparkly, and I just felt amazed, especially seeing my two friends walking in the middle of it. This venue has valet parking for the wedding. There is parking on the side of the building but that is for the restaurant only. All in all, my friends and I had a wonderful time spending this wonderful memory of two friends tying the knot with both sides of the family together.

We just had our fall wedding and it was spectacular. The venue was great for pictures and accommodating of both guests and vendors. The service was great, food was solid and we danced all night. Rooftop cocktail hour was a big win and everyone is talking about it. I also enjoy that it's part of a restaurant that we can come visit to reminisce on anniversaries. Thank you to Chris, John, Barbara and everyone who was involved in making this happen.
